Custom Orders : Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions
Down Payment:
* All custom orders including online customers require a 50% downpayment before work is
started and/or installation appointment is booked.
Cancelations:
* Appointments should be canceled at least 48 hours prior to appointment.
* If client is late 30 minutes without notification, your appointment will be rescheduled
* A late fee of 5% of your service will be charged if client is over 30 minutes late without
notification
* Cancelations done within the same hour appointment will also attract a 5% of your service
charge and deducted from your deposit if applicable.
Return policy:
* There are no exchanges or refunds on lace wigs, glue and/or hair extensions. Exchanges for
hair products , wig caps, brushes, tapes can be made within 7 days of purchase with a
receipt . Products should be returned unaltered , and in their original packaging.
* Custom Orders are final, and are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot canceled.
* All sale purchases are final.
* Installation of hair is a service. Swimming , sauna, and shower or any moisture can possibly
loosen an installation. Client acknowledges that these circumstances are not the responsibility
of KEKE HAIR and if any reinstallation is needed due to client up keep of the hair . Client will
pay the additional service fee.
Glues and Tapes:
* Client acknowledges and understands that the affect of glues and tape on the hairline can be
stressful to the scalp. KeKe HAIR STUDIO is not responsible for the clients choice of
application and is indemnified from any damage that may occur from the clients choice of
application of hair.
